Certified Public Accountant graduated in 1991. Counselor and Board Member of several companies, with different certificates in IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard) and Taxes at the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM), as well as a master degree in the IPADE, Pan-American Institute For High Business Direction. From 2009 to 2010 he was partner and board member of Baker Tilly Mexico.

Carlos Jimenez

Certified Public Accountant, graduated in 1973, worked 17 years in the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit in Mexico (SHCP), Undersecretary of Revenue, Regional Tax Administrations, Technical Manager in Charge, he has been partner of Lores Budiño y Compañía for 23 years.
